What we process
When you send the form: name, email, optional organisation, your message and any topic and seat-map draft included in the message. The form is for general enquiries only — do not send health information, a CV or other sensitive data. There is no file upload.
How
The form is sent to a PHP script on our web host (Hostinger), which forwards it as an email to [email protected] via the hosting mail transport. The script does not store the message or log its content.
Abuse protection
To limit spam the script temporarily stores a pseudonymous identifier (a SHA-256 hash of domain and IP address) and a counter outside the public folder. At most five attempts per 15 minutes; files older than 15 minutes are removed on the next request.
Legal basis
Your consent and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
Retention
Emails are kept in our mailbox as long as needed to answer and follow up the enquiry, then deleted. We have not set a specific period in months.
Local storage
We only use necessary localStorage: your cookie choice and an optional seat-map draft. No analytics, marketing or third-party cookies. Fonts and graphics are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and object by writing to [email protected]. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
